Ingredients

  • 14 very thin lemon slices (from 2 lemons)
  • glaze
  • lemon pudding cake mix

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Arrange the lemon slices in the prepared pan.
  3. Pour half of the glaze over the lemon slices.
  4. Prepare the lemon pudding cake mix according to package instructions.
  5. Pour the batter evenly over the lemon slices in the pan.
  6. Bake until done, about 35 minutes.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Invert the pan onto a serving dish to turn out the cake.
  9. Serve warm with additional glaze on top of whipped cream.
