Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix (less 4 Tbsp.)
  • 2 c. frozen Cool Whip
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Combine the lemon cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg in a bowl and stir well until evenly mixed.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto powdered sugar and roll to coat thoroughly.
  3. Place the coated dough balls on a greased cookie sheet, spacing them 1 to 1 1/2 inches apart.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cookies are light brown.
