Ingredients

  • 250 g tomatoes, skinned deseeded and chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 12 green chili, deseeded amd chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and
  • 1 unwaxed lemon, zest of
  • 25 g coriander leaves
  • 14 g caster sugar (pinch)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let flavours develop.
  2. Place in covered container and chill in fridge for 1 hour and let flavours develop.
