Ingredients

  • 1 rump roast
  • bread crumbs
  • grated cheese
  • garlic powder
  • Mozzarella
  • tomato sauce or puree
  • bacon (if available)
  • pepperoni (if available)
  • salami (if available)
  • bay leaves
  • wine

Instructions

  1. Slice a rump roast like bologna.
  2. Lay slices on wax paper. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, grated cheese, garlic powder, Mozzarella and tomato sauce or puree (1 spoon on each slice).
  3. Add bacon, pepperoni and salami, if available.
  4. Roll each slice and stick on skewer with bay leaf between each.
  5. Can be put in electric skillet and ingredients on wax paper sprinkled on top. Cook and, about 10 minutes before done, pour in wine and cook a little longer.
