Instructions
- Slice a rump roast like bologna.
- Lay slices on wax paper. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, grated cheese, garlic powder, Mozzarella and tomato sauce or puree (1 spoon on each slice).
- Add bacon, pepperoni and salami, if available.
- Roll each slice and stick on skewer with bay leaf between each.
- Can be put in electric skillet and ingredients on wax paper sprinkled on top. Cook and, about 10 minutes before done, pour in wine and cook a little longer.
