Ingredients

  • 8 oz. dry lasagna noodles
  • 24 oz. Ragu traditional spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c. Sargento light Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles 8 to 10 minutes and dry.
  2. Mix together spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, sugar, and Parmesan cheese over low heat.
  3. Spray an 8 x 12-inch dish with Pam spray.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup of sauce mix in the bottom of the dish.
  5. Lay 3 noodles on the sauce.
  6. Cover with sauce mix, then Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Continue until 3 layers high.
  8. Top with reserved 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake in a 350° oven (glass or metal pan) for 35 to 40 minutes.
