Ingredients

  • 2 cups pastry wheat flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 cup cocoa
  • 1 14 cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup safflower oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Sift together the dry ingredients, stir in the wet ingredients until combined.
  3. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
