Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried-onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • assortment of carrot and celery sticks, broccoli florets or other veggie dippers that your child will eat

Instructions

  1. In a blender, process yogurt, cottage cheese, onion flakes, garlic powder, dill weed, sugar, and salt until creamy.
  2. Pour into containers, cover, and chill overnight to blend flavors.
  3. Serve with an assortment of carrot and celery sticks, broccoli florets, or other veggie dippers that your child will eat.
