Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 lean pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 can chicken with rice soup

Instructions

  1. Dredge the pork chops in a mixture of flour, dry mustard, and garlic salt.
  2. Brown the chops in oil in a skillet.
  3. Place the browned chops in a crock-pot and add the chicken with rice soup.
  4. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for about 3.5 hours.
