Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda

Instructions

  1. Beat 2 eggs and buttermilk.
  2. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
