Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 small boxes orange Jell-O
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix together crushed pineapple, including juice, and orange Jell-O in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Remove from heat when the mixture begins to bubble and let it cool.
  4. Once cooled, mix together buttermilk and Cool Whip in a bowl.
  5. Blend the cooled Jell-O mixture with the buttermilk and Cool Whip mixture.
  6. Pour the combined mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan or glass dish.
  7. Refrigerate until set and serve chilled.
