Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can pineapple
  • 6 oz. strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Heat undrained pineapple to boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Stir in buttermilk and chopped pecans.
  5. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Pour into an 8-cup mold and chill until set.
