Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. ladyfingers
  • Egg Beaters (equal to 6 yolks)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 cup Mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. In a small mixer bowl, beat Egg Beaters and sugar until thick (about 1 minute).
  2. Place the bowl over a double boiler with boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat; add mascarpone cheese and cream cheese, then beat well.
  5. Fold Cool Whip into the mixture and set aside.
