Ingredients

  • 16 oz. container regular or light whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding or sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 to 3/4 large (10-inch) angel food cake
  • 2 c. cold milk (2% or skim)
  • 1/4 c. orange or orange pineapple juice
  • 4 c. assorted, cut fruit (such as strawberries, cantaloupe, kiwi, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the instant vanilla pudding according to the package directions.
  2. Fold in half of the whipped topping while the pudding is still soft.
  3. In a large serving dish, layer angel food cake cubes, pudding mixture, and assorted cut fruit.
  4. Repeat layers as desired, finishing with fruit on top.
  5. Drizzle orange or orange pineapple juice over the top before serving.
