Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups warm water
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons grade b maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup gluten
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in the breadmaker using the order required by the particular breadmaker.
  2. Use "Whole Wheat" setting.
