- Melt butter; add sugar and salt.
- Warm the milk.
- Add yeast to the warm milk and let it activate.
- Add 1 cup of flour to the yeast mixture and set in a warm place covered with a towel to let it rise until spongy.
- Add 3 beaten eggs and the remaining flour to the mixture.
- Let the dough double in size.
- Knead the dough thoroughly.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts, each will make a dozen rolls.
- Let the divided dough rise again.
- Roll each part into a circle and cut into 12 wedges.
- Roll each wedge from the big end to the small end to form a crescent shape.
- Bake at 350°F until light brown.
