Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 slices bread, torn up
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage until crumbly.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Keep in refrigerator overnight.
  4. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  5. When removed from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
