Instructions
- Cook potatoes and carrots together.
- Brown sausage and onion; add meats (except shrimp), vegetables and seasonings.
- Cook slowly about 1 1/2 hours.
- Add shrimp last 5 minutes of cooking time. Serve over rice with barbecue bread and green salad.
