Lima Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. can lima beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Brown chops in oil.
  2. Layer lima beans, soup, pepper, pork chops and onion in baking dish.
  3. Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until tender.
  4. Yields 4 servings.
