Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. tomato juice
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Brown bacon lightly.
  2. Add onion.
  3. Cook over low heat until tender.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve over lima beans.
