Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • small tomato
  • 1/2 cucumber

Instructions

  1. Make the lime jello according to the package directions and let it set.
  2. Once set, add shredded cabbage, grated onion, shredded carrots, and finely chopped celery to the jello.
  3. Mix the small tomato and half cucumber in a small bowl and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve the jello mixture with the salad dressing on the side, along with the seasoned tomato and cucumber.
