Ingredients

  • 1 gal. sliced cucumbers
  • 1 qt. sliced onions
  • 3 c. cauliflower
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1/3 c. salt
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric

Instructions

  1. Put salt over all vegetables and cover.
  2. Let stand for 1 1/2 hours, then drain.
  3. Put in remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil and can.
