Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can chilled condensed milk
  • graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lime jello in hot water; set aside.
  2. Cream the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
  3. Whip condensed milk until fluffy, then add the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
  4. Add the dissolved jello to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and chill until set.
  6. Reserve a few graham cracker crumbs to garnish the top before serving.
