Ingredients

  • 2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
  2. Cover and chill for 1 hour to blend flavors.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit slices or mix with canned tropical fruit salad.
  4. Refrigerate unused dressing.
