Ingredients

  • 1 large can pineapple juice
  • 1 quart lime sherbet
  • 1 bottle Canada Dry ginger ale
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (No. 300) can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Beat lime sherbet and vanilla ice cream together until creamy.
  2. Add pineapple juice and stir to combine.
  3. Pour in ginger ale and stir gently.
  4. Serve immediately with additional ginger ale if desired.
