Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup corn chips, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except the corn chips in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick oil.
  4. Sprinkle crushed corn chips over the top.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the chips are browned.
