Ingredients

  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lime peel (optional)
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. horseradish

Instructions

  1. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, lime peel (if using), Dijon mustard, salt, and horseradish.
  2. Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Serve chilled as a dip with artichokes and raw vegetables.
