  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. grated lime peel
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into an ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch square pan, building up 1/2-inch edges around the sides.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and set.
