Creamy, cheesy potatoes with green onions and buttery flavor, perfect as a comforting side dish for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 7 large potatoes
  • 1 small sour cream
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of salt
  • 5 green onions
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 oz grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until almost done.
  2. Cool and peel the potatoes.
  3. Grate the potatoes and add sour cream, pepper, salt, green onions, and butter.
  4. Mix well, then add half of the grated Cheddar cheese.
  5. Mix again and transfer to a baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining grated Cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
