Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until almost done.
- Cool and peel the potatoes.
- Grate the potatoes and add sour cream, pepper, salt, green onions, and butter.
- Mix well, then add half of the grated Cheddar cheese.
- Mix again and transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with the remaining grated Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
