Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked linguine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 small onion, cut in pieces (optional)
  • 1 cup raw broccoli flowerets
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine as directed on package.
  2. In a frypan or wok, heat olive oil, add crushed garlic and optional onion pieces.
  3. Add broccoli flowerets and soy sauce to the pan.
  4. Cook until broccoli is slightly soft.
  5. Pour cooked veggies over the cooked linguine.
  6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
