Linzer Muffins

Instructions
- Combine butter, milk, egg and almond extract.
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add sugar and cinnamon.
- Add butter mixture to flour mixture.
- Pour into 12 greased muffin cups.
- Insert 1/2 teaspoon raspberry jam into each muffin.
- Bake at 400° for 20 to 22 minutes.
- Cool in pans on wire racks for 5 minutes.
- Dust tops with confectioners sugar.
