Ingredients

  • 1 recipe of Unbelievable biscuits
  • 1/4 cup skim milk (for biscuits)
  • 2 cans fat free chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

Instructions

  1. Roll the biscuit dough as flat as possible and slice into strips.
  2. Heat the chicken broth to boiling in a large pot.
  3. Tear each strip of dough into several pieces and drop them into the boiling broth.
  4. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cover the pot.
  5. Cook for about 6 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through.
  6. Remove the lid and add the cooked chicken, black pepper, skim milk, and margarine.
  7. Continue cooking until the mixture is slightly thickened, about a few minutes.
