Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked minute rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 package frozen broccoli
  • 1 small jar Cheeze Whiz
  • Cooked chicken

Instructions

  1. Prepare the frozen broccoli as instructed on the package.
  2. Saute chopped onion in bacon drippings until translucent.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, frozen broccoli, Cheeze Whiz, and cooked chicken.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, allowing the hot rice to help melt the cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
