Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 2 (4 oz. each) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 (8 oz. each) pkg. party rye bread

Instructions

  1. Combine fried and crumbled bacon, shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, and mayonnaise.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on slices of party rye bread.
  3. Place the prepared bread slices under the broiler at 550°F, 5 inches from the flame, for 4 to 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
