- Boil eggs for 12 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Cut each egg in half (not lengthwise), and slice a small amount off the bottom of each so they can stand upright on a dish.
- Remove the yolks from the eggs and crumble the bacon and nuts finely.
- Fill each egg white half with crumbled bacon and nuts, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, blend the egg yolks with curry, mayonnaise, and mustard until smooth.
- Use a pastry bag to squeeze the yolk mixture into each egg half.
- Sprinkle additional bacon and nut mixture over the top of each stuffed egg.
- Finish by sprinkling with paprika.
