Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. lean ground lamb or beef
  • salt to taste
  • 4 hot baked potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp. melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and green pepper in oil in large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Break up and add meat.
  3. Cook and stir until meat loses pink color, about 5 minutes.
  4. Drain fat.
  5. Mix in salt and pepper and set aside.
