Ingredients

  • 1 lb. liverwurst or braunschweiger
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup beer

Instructions

  1. Cream the liverwurst and cream cheese together until smooth.
  2. Add Tabasco sauce, horseradish, mayonnaise, and onion powder; blend well.
  3. Gradually stir in beer and beat until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
