Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound mild sausage, browned and well drained
  • 2 tablespoons Parkay margarine
  • 1 pound Mexican hot Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 16-ounce can cooked tomatoes, chopped fine and drained

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in Parkay margarine until softened.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, cubed Velveeta cheese, and drained sausage to the skillet.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
