Ingredients

  • 1 c. hot milk
  • 1 Tbsp. plain gelatin
  • 1 c. Log Cabin syrup
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • vanilla wafer crumbs

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in a little cold water and mix into hot milk. Let it set until cool.
  2. Stir in whipped cream and chopped pecans.
  3. Pour the mixture into a dish lined with vanilla wafer crumbs.
  4. Top with a few crumbs and chill thoroughly.
  5. Cut into squares to serve.
