Instructions
- Cut meat into 1/4-inch slices.
- Marinate with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, chili pepper and garlic for at least 1 hour.
- Heat French fries according to package instructions.
- Brown meat quickly in frying pan.
- Add tomatoes and onion; simmer until onion is tender.
- Toss in French fries just before serving.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
