Louise'S Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccoli
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 10 slices bacon, fried crisp
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine last 4 ingredients and toss over broccoli.
  2. Mix about 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Reserve 3 slices bacon to crumble on top.
