Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lean hamburger meat
  • 1/2 onion diced fine
  • 1 large can of diced toamtoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 stick celery dice fine
  • 4-6 large carrots sliced in edible size
  • 4-6 potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. fry meat until no longer red
  2. add all the ingredients and let simmer until liquid has reduced until nearly all gone.
  3. this should take approx. 3 hours.
