- Prepare yeast by dissolving it in warm water.
- Add mashed potatoes to the hot mixture in the saucepan.
- Add the hot mixture to the flour in a large bowl.
- Add beaten eggs to the mixture.
- Mix well, then add the yeast mixture.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Shape the dough into buns and dip each into melted butter.
- Dip the buttered buns into a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet and let rise again.
