Low-Fat Corn Bread

Instructions
- In mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl beat together egg substitute, milk and melted margarine.
- Add to flour mixture and stir just until batter is smooth.
- Pour into an 8 or 9-inch square baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake in a 425° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
