Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons rum or brandy flavoring
  • 3 to 4 packets sugar substitute
  • drop of yellow food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine liquid egg substitute, skim milk, vanilla, rum flavoring, and sugar substitute.
  2. If desired, add a drop of yellow food coloring.
  3. Cover and blend on high speed until frothy.
  4. Chill thoroughly before serving.
  5. Serve garnished with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
