  • italian bread crumbs
  • salt substitute
  • pepper
  • cheddar cheese
  • water
  • flour
  • milk
  • elbow macaroni
  • dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil; add macaroni.
  2. Stir constantly for 2 minutes.
  3. Cover pan; remove from heat.
  4. Let stand 12 minutes. Drain and rinse immediately.
