Ingredients

  • 12 lb cooked beef, ham, chicken or 12 lb turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 12 cup red beans, cooked or 14 cup wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons low fat soy flour
  • herb-seasoned salt, to taste (or other herb blends)
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Moisten as needed with ketchup, mustard or low fat salad dressing (I like Italian dressing).
