A quick and healthy way to enjoy flavorful taco meat with less fat, perfect for tacos, salads, or burritos for any busy weeknight meal.

Instructions
- Place a plastic strainer in a 2-quart measuring cup or Pyrex bowl.
- Put the ground beef in the strainer.
- Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
- Stir the meat and microwave again until it is cooked through.
- Lift the strainer out of the bowl to drain all excess fat from the meat.
- Transfer the drained ground beef to a serving bowl.
- Add taco seasoning to the ground beef.
- Follow microwave directions on the taco seasoning package. Enjoy greaseless taco meat.
