Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place a plastic strainer in a 2-quart measuring cup or Pyrex bowl.
  2. Put the ground beef in the strainer.
  3. Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir the meat and microwave again until it is cooked through.
  5. Lift the strainer out of the bowl to drain all excess fat from the meat.
  6. Transfer the drained ground beef to a serving bowl.
  7. Add taco seasoning to the ground beef.
  8. Follow microwave directions on the taco seasoning package. Enjoy greaseless taco meat.
