Ingredients

  • 1 lb. deli sliced turkey breast
  • fat free bread
  • 8 potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked
  • 2 pkg. brown gravy packets

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes until done.
  2. Prepare mashed potatoes using only milk, without butter.
  3. Make gravy according to the package instructions.
  4. Heat sliced turkey until warmed through.
  5. Place a slice of bread on a plate.
  6. Add a slice of heated turkey on top of the bread.
  7. Top with the prepared mashed potatoes.
  8. Pour gravy over the potatoes and turkey before serving.
