Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mashed strawberries
  • 1 package sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Place oats in blender; blend for 1 minute until ground.
  2. In a bowl, stir together ground oats, flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Combine milk and cooking oil.
  4. Add the milk and oil mixture to the flour mixture; stir until moistened.
  5. Form the mixture into a ball; place between 2 squares of wax paper.
  6. Roll out the dough; peel off the top paper and fit into a 9-inch pie pan.
  7. Remove the wax paper.
  8. Prick the bottom and sides of the crust.
  9. Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes; cool before filling.
