Lox Quiche

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/8 lb. Nova lox or a bit more if wanted
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter.
  2. Add lox.
  3. Mix half and half, eggs, sugar, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. (Mix well with electric mixer.)
